Bold Fitness is a no judgement fitness space giving women in Hiram, GA their confidence back. You'll often find us on hikes together, participating in local events, and supporting each other outside of the gym. Our mission is to empower women and help make our community a healthier place.

Your fitness experience doesn't start and stop with our classes! Our ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructors are here to help guide you to your health and fitness goals in the studio and through our custom fitness app!
